Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Fablecut (“the Service”), an AI-assisted video creation studio operated at fablecut.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. Fablecut is currently offered as an invite-only beta. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. The Service

Fablecut helps you turn a brief into a short-form video using third-party AI models. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during beta and may change, break, or be discontinued.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the briefs, prompts, and inputs you provide and of the outputs you generate, to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers’ terms. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs and generated content do not infringe others’ rights or violate law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is:

• unlawful, infringing, or violates third-party rights;
• deceptive impersonation, non-consensual likenesses, or fraud;
• sexual content involving minors, or other prohibited categories under our providers’ policies;
• intended to harass, defame, or harm others.

AI-generated media should be disclosed as such where required by the platform you publish to.

5. Credits, plans & billing

Generation consumes credits. Paid subscriptions grant a monthly credit allotment and are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can manage or cancel anytime from the billing portal. Credits and subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Third-party providers

The Service relies on subprocessors including Google (Gemini, Imagen, Veo), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email). Additional AI providers (for example Runway) may be added in the future. Your use is also subject to their applicable terms.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On deletion, your projects and generated files are permanently removed.

8. Disclaimers & liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fablecut is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
